Gingerbread Muffins
​INGREDIENTS

KetoClassic Savoury

Butter (melted)
-
Egg (whole, whisked)
-
Baking Powder
-
Inulin
-
Ginger, ground
-
Cinnamon, ground
-
Orange Juice
​INSTRUCTIONS​

Heat oven to 180 degrees
-
Grate/crumble the savoury into fine breadcrumbs into a bowl.

Add the baking powder and spices and inulin.

Add egg and melted butter to the dry ingredients, add orange juice (if using).
*You can add some liquid sweetener if you prefer a sweeter flavour.

Mix ingredients together and divide into 5 equal portions.

Bake for 10-15 minutes in the middle of the oven.

Allow to cool slightly and place on a cooling tray.
*These can be frozen.
*You can also top the muffines by mixing cream cheese with sugar free syrup or simply use sugar free icing.
