Summer Cups

A refreshing alternative way of using the KetoClassic Porridge to suit the warmer summer days.

Ingredients

  • KetoClassic Porridge
  • Raspberries
  • Double Cream
  • Melted Butter
  • Whole Milk

Steps

  1. In a bowl, whip up the double cream (together with the milk for the 2:1 version of the recipe).
  2. For the preparation of the 4:1 version of the recipe, melt the butter.
  3. In a separate bowl, empty the contents of the KetoClassic Porridge. Mix with it the amounts of double cream, milk and butter as needed, depending on the recipe version that you are following.
  4. Next, mix in the required amount of raspberries for the recipe version that you are preparing.
  5. Separate the mixture between 2 bowls. Have 1 serving immediately and enjoy!
  6. For the second serving, cover the bowl in cling film and keep in the fridge. It will still be ok to eat the following day.
