- Greek Full Fat Yoghurt
- For the filling, weigh out all the ingredients. In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, double cream and /or yoghurt. Mix together until smooth.
- Unwrap the ketoclassic bar and cut into small pieces. Place these pieces at the bottom of the ramekin. Pour the filling into the ramekin, on top of the ketoclassic bar pieces.
- Cover the ramekin with cling-film and place in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Enjoy on its own or with some berries of your choice.
