Leek & Cheese Patty

Serves: 2 servings
full of flavour, easy to make and can be eaten hot or cold.


  • KetoClassic Savoury
  • olive oil*
  • cheddar cheese
  • double cream
  • eggs (beaten)
  • leeks
  • sea salt and pepper
  • *extra olive oil for cooking


  1. Tip: Beat the egg and weigh the portion required.
  2. Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix together.
  3. Divide the mixture into 4.
  4. In a pan, add the extra olive oil for frying on medium heat. Wait until the oil has heated up and then add the patties.
  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Turn the patties and cook for another 3-4 minutes until both sides have a golden colour.
  6. Once cooked, place on kitchen towels to drain any extra oil.
  7. Serve warm with a portion of vegetables. The patties can also be stored in a Tupperware box for the next day.
