- olive oil*
- cheddar cheese
- double cream
- eggs (beaten)
- sea salt and pepper
- *extra olive oil for cooking
- Tip: Beat the egg and weigh the portion required.
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix together.
- Divide the mixture into 4.
- In a pan, add the extra olive oil for frying on medium heat. Wait until the oil has heated up and then add the patties.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes. Turn the patties and cook for another 3-4 minutes until both sides have a golden colour.
- Once cooked, place on kitchen towels to drain any extra oil.
- Serve warm with a portion of vegetables. The patties can also be stored in a Tupperware box for the next day.
