Keto-Style Bliss Balls

Serves: 2 servings
This recipe makes use of the KetoClassic Muesli as a base for Bliss Balls. These can be prepared in advance or in 5 mins. Easy to make and to take with you on days out.


  • KetoClassic Muesli
  • Coconut oil
  • Desiccated coconut
  • Cinnamon
  • Macadamia Nut Butter
  • Almond Butter
  • Peanut Butter


  1. Weigh out the ingredients.
  2. Mix together the KetoClassic Muesli together with the nut butter and coconut oil.
  3. Roll a teaspoon of the mixture at a time into a ball.
  4. Keep in the fridge for 15mins to harden.
  5. Enjoy whenever you need a quick snack!
  6. Ketogether Tip: Instead of the coconut oil, you can mix in MCT oil. Nutrition values will change, so please discuss with your keto-dietitian.
