Keto Chili Con Carne

This is a great, easy-to-prepare, option for late-evening dining during the summer months.


  • KetoClassic Bolognese
  • Cauliflower 'rice'
  • Avocado
  • Olive Oil


  1. Weigh and prepare the cauliflower – use a grater or a food processor. *
  2. Prepare and weigh the avocado.
  3. Weigh the required amount for the KetoClassic Bolognese (depending on keto recipe). For the 4:1 recipe, weigh the olive oil and stir into the KetoClassic Bolognese.
  4. In a bowl, combine the KetoClassic Bolognese and the cauliflower ‘rice’. Cook in the microwave for 1 minute.
  5. Stir the contents and cook in the microwave for another 1 minute.
  6. Once finished, stir again. Add the avocado. Serve and enjoy!
