- Weigh and prepare the cauliflower – use a grater or a food processor. *
- Prepare and weigh the avocado.
- Weigh the required amount for the KetoClassic Bolognese (depending on keto recipe). For the 4:1 recipe, weigh the olive oil and stir into the KetoClassic Bolognese.
- In a bowl, combine the KetoClassic Bolognese and the cauliflower ‘rice’. Cook in the microwave for 1 minute.
- Stir the contents and cook in the microwave for another 1 minute.
- Once finished, stir again. Add the avocado. Serve and enjoy!
