- Double Cream
- Dark Chocolate (70-80% cocoa content)
- Fill a small saucepan with water. Cover with a heatproof bowl. In the bowl, place the measured double cream* and dark chocolate.
- Allow for the chocolate to melt, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat when all the chocolate is melted into the double cream.
- Take the Classic Bar and place on cooling rack and place some parchment paper underneath to help keep the kitchen tidy. Pour the chocolate / double cream mixture over the bar. Let it cool completely and enjoy.
- Alternatively, you can chop the bar into smaller pieces and dip them individually into the mixture and enjoy as chocolate bites.
- *for the 2:1 recipe variation, please follow the same instructions, but without the double cream.
