Chocolate Dessert

Serves: 1 servings
turn the KetoClassic Bar into a delicious chocolatey dessert.


  • KetoClassic Bar
  • Double Cream
  • Dark Chocolate (70-80% cocoa content)


  1. Fill a small saucepan with water. Cover with a heatproof bowl. In the bowl, place the measured double cream* and dark chocolate.
  2. Allow for the chocolate to melt, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat when all the chocolate is melted into the double cream.
  3. Take the Classic Bar and place on cooling rack and place some parchment paper underneath to help keep the kitchen tidy. Pour the chocolate / double cream mixture over the bar. Let it cool completely and enjoy.
  4. Alternatively, you can chop the bar into smaller pieces and dip them individually into the mixture and enjoy as chocolate bites.
  5. *for the 2:1 recipe variation, please follow the same instructions, but without the double cream.
