- dark chocolate (70 - 80% cocoa content)
- Fill a small saucepan with water. Cover with a heatproof bowl. In the bowl, place the measured double cream* and dark chocolate. Allow for the chocolate to melt, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat when all the chocolate is melted into the double cream.
- Take the Classic Bar and place on cooling rack and place some parchment paper underneath to help keep the kitchen tidy. Pour the chocolate / double cream mixture into a piping bag.
- Create spiderwebs and other spooky designs such as bat wings over the bar. Let it cool completely and enjoy.
