Chicken Curry & Cauli Rice

a simple and delicious chicken curry recipe. perfect for takeaway night.

  • Cauliflower
  • Butter
  • Double Cream
  • Curry Mix


  1. prepare the cauliflower "rice" using either a food processor to blitz into small pieces. alternatively, you can use the course side of a cheese grater. the latter method will result in chunkier pieces.
  2. heat a medium sized pan on medium heat. add the butter, the spices and the cauliflower rice.
  3. mix and cook for 6-7 minutes.
  4. add the other ingredients and continue cooking for another 6-7 minutes.
  5. note: if possible, we would suggest roasting the cauliflower rice instead to give it a lighter, more rice-like texture.
