Butternut Squash Soup

Serves: 1 servings
A quick and meat-free recipe, we use the KetoClassic Savoury meal as a croutons substitute.


  • KetoClassic Savoury (cut into small cubes)
  • Butternut Squash (pre-baked/roasted)
  • Olive Oil
  • Double Cream
  • Whole Milk
  • Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • Sea Salt & Pepper


  1. In a blender, place all the ingredients except for the croutons. Blend to the desired consistency. If too thick, add water.
  2. Empty the contents into a small pot and re- heat. Alternatively, empty into a microwaveable bowl and re-heat in the microwave.
  3. In a small pan, add the KetoClassic Savoury cubes and heat until nice and golden (3-4 mins)
  4. Add the KetoClassic Savoury croutons to the soup.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
