- KetoClassic Savoury (cut into small cubes)
- Butternut Squash (pre-baked/roasted)
- Olive Oil
- Double Cream
- Whole Milk
- Parmesan Cheese (grated)
- Sea Salt & Pepper
- In a blender, place all the ingredients except for the croutons. Blend to the desired consistency. If too thick, add water.
- Empty the contents into a small pot and re- heat. Alternatively, empty into a microwaveable bowl and re-heat in the microwave.
- In a small pan, add the KetoClassic Savoury cubes and heat until nice and golden (3-4 mins)
- Add the KetoClassic Savoury croutons to the soup.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
