Bolognese style ‘rice’

An easy to prepare keto-take on rice with a tomato-based sauce. The “rice” in this recipe is substituted for finely chopped cauliflower. It’s a great comfort meal option, especially after a long cold day.


  • KetoClassic Bolognese
  • Cauliflower
  • Rapeseed oil (or other oil of choice)


  1. Prepare the cauliflower rice using a grater or chopper. Weigh the required amount.
  2. In a non-stick pan add the grated cauliflower, with a dash of water, and cook 4-6 mins until tender. [Add the rapeseed oil for the 4:1 recipe at this point].
  3. Add the KetoClassic Bolognese to the pan and stir. Mix together and continue stirring.
  4. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Serve warm. Enjoy!
