- KetoClassic Bolognese
- Rapeseed oil (or other oil of choice)
- Prepare the cauliflower rice using a grater or chopper. Weigh the required amount.
- In a non-stick pan add the grated cauliflower, with a dash of water, and cook 4-6 mins until tender. [Add the rapeseed oil for the 4:1 recipe at this point].
- Add the KetoClassic Bolognese to the pan and stir. Mix together and continue stirring.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes. Serve warm. Enjoy!
