Beetroot ‘Hummus’

Serves: 3 servings
a great recipe for days out, family occasions or as a snack paired with celery/cucumber sticks.


  • Beetroot, boiled
  • Olive oil
  • Tahini (sesame seed) paste
  • Lemon Juice
  • Garlic
  • Cumin (optional)


  1. boil the beetroot
  2. weigh out all the ingredients
  3. add everything to a food processor and blitz until the desired consistency is reached
  4. scoop the mixture into a bowl or Tupperware box for when needed. (Use withing 2-3 days).
